Gema Ototeknik Inti (GOI) was present in the middle of the industrial market in 2009 to answer the need for quality and speed of service to customers in the fields of service, maintenance, repair and programs for CNC machines, CNC Lathes and Machining Centers. In 2012, PT. GOI, formerly known as CV. GOI is more focused on the Total Support Customer (TSC Program) program by providing CNC machine spare parts for Taiwanese and Japanese machines, machine modification, developing Jig Fixture design modeling, Logic Control (PLC) Program, Cutting Test and the presence of HR professionals who are ready to provide training CNC Program or PLC, as well as maintenance for CNC machines. On the way to exploring the mobile market, PT.GOI is more confidence in picking up customer needs. The virtue of guaranteeing total product service is dedicated to customer satisfaction in the fastest response time to the urgency of goods, quality of service, speed of order processing, quality control and warranty are our main assets as the leader in Total Customer Support in the country .
